Always take bath once a day with mild soap and normal water because frequent bathing and harsh soap can cause dryness and itching on the skin. After bath dry your body with a soft towel. · Apply any suitable cleanser according to your skin on wet face softly and then wash out with water

· In the last step massage with a moisturizer, it will prevent your skin from any damage caused by exposure to sun.
This daily treatment will improve blood circulation in the muscles and keep your skin healthy.
Besides external treatment you must improve your diet because healthy body has glowing and fresh skin. Always prefer fruits and vegetables instead of fried and oily food .Green leafy vegetables and fruits are composed of vitamins and other nutrients which are essential for skin. Milk and curd are perfect unique blessings for skin because curd consists of beneficial bacteria which are necessary for digestive system. Drink up plenty of water at least 8 to 10 glasses per day. It will help you to remove antioxidant from body. Exercise as well proper sleep of 6 to 7 hours is necessary. Lack of sleep can cause dark circles around your eyes and you look tired and overage. Your skin need your concentration so, follow all these suggestions and get superfluous glowing complexion with out extra expenses because face lasts impression of personality for ever.
